At Fully Charged we like to make sure that you are totally happy with the service you receive and this goes right down to our specialist delivery service. Once you’ve placed an order, we do all that we can to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied with your new e-bike.

We’d always encourage our customers to come in store to pick up their bike, even if you have ordered it online. A quick journey down to our beautiful HQ in Hoxton and a one-on-one session with our technicians is the perfect way to start the love affair with your new e-bike. This way, there’s no messing around with fiddly assembly or attaching your chosen accessories, it’s all done for you free of charge! So whether you want to upgrade to some puncture proof tires, a classic Brooks Saddle or attach a pannier we’d be more than happy to fit it for you.

If you just can’t wait to get your hands on your new bike or can’t make it down to the HQ during the working week, we’re totally flexible with evening in-store pick ups too.  Just give us a ring!

However, if you do want your e-bike delivered, the process starts from the moment you place an order. Our highly skilled team of technicians set about putting your e-bike together as you have requested, in exactly the same way as we do in store.

From there, your e-bike will either be hand delivered by one of our technicians as soon as it’s ready (within 10 miles of the HQ) or, if you’re a little further afield, we guarantee free next working day delivery on all stock items ordered before 12PM. If for some reason it’s going to take a little longer, we’ll be sure to notify you.

For those of you living overseas, we’d be happy to take your order and process it in the same efficient way as with all our clients in the UK. Of course, shipping times will vary depending on where the goods are going, but we will be sure to keep you informed on when you can expect your e-bike to arrive.

If, once you receive your e-bike, your unhappy with it for any technical reason we’ll issue a full refund there and then. No ifs, ands, or buts. Simple as that! Those of you wanting to do a little DIY on your e-bike when it arrives are reminded that Fully Charged accepts no liability for incorrect fitting. We’d be more than happy to do it for you though so just ask!
