Yes, we have over 35 electric bikes in stock. You can take a bike the same day or it is 3-5 working days from London Bridge.

What type of maintenance and repair services do you provide at Fully Charged Silverstone?

We have a full-time trained eMechanic on site certified in Bosch eBike Systems, Rohloff, Desiknio, Gocycle, Shimano, SUPER73, Enviolo and Fazua. We only service bikes we stock.

Do you offer warranties on your electric bikes, and what do they cover?

We offer a two-year warranty on electrical components and a five year warranty on the frame.

After seven fantastic years, our Fully Charged Silverstone showroom will close its doors on 20th August 2026.

Silverstone has been an important part of the Fully Charged story. Over the years, we’ve helped hundreds of individuals, families and businesses discover the benefits of eBikes and eCargo bikes, building a wonderful community of riders across Northamptonshire, the Midlands, the Cotswolds and much further afield.

Fully Charged's Silverstone experience centre is dedicated to making the best in premium electric bikes available to test-ride and buy with the support of a fully equipped service centre; catering not just for individual riders but for the growing number of families and businesses that are looking to use eCargo bikes as a more efficient and greener form of transport for moving their precious cargo.

Located at the geographic centre of the UK, Fully Charged Silverstone is ideally situated for all major routes and offers a traffic-free test-ride environment. While our current showroom is closing, Fully Charged remains committed to customers across the region and we’re already working towards our next location, within around 30 minutes of Silverstone. Is Fully Charged leaving the region?

No. We’re working towards opening a new Fully Charged showroom within around 30 minutes of Silverstone and will keep customers updated as our plans progress.

Can I still buy an eBike from Fully Charged?

Absolutely. You can continue to shop our full range online, with nationwide delivery, or visit our Fully Charged showrooms in London Bridge and Guildford for advice, consultations and test rides.

What happens to existing Silverstone customers?

We’re still here for you. Is my warranty still valid?

Yes. Your bike’s manufacturer warranty remains fully valid following the closure of our Silverstone showroom. If you experience a warranty issue, contact Fully Charged and our team will help with the warranty process and liaise with the manufacturer where required.

What happens to my existing order or six-week health check?

If you have an open order with Fully Charged Silverstone, there’s nothing you need to worry about. Existing orders will continue to be fulfilled by Tristan and the team. Complimentary six-week health checks for recent Silverstone purchases will continue to be completed on site until the end of September.

What if Silverstone currently has my bike, deposit, order or a part for me?
