The area boasts a wealth of gravel and off-road tracks, weaving between quaint villages and cafes. Nearby Bournemouth offers seaside promenading opportunities, whilst the Isle of Wight is just a hop across the Solent.

With over 10 years of experience in eBike riding and technical experience, Fully Charged New Forest is here to help you go from A to Beyond!

We offer three fresh ways to enter into the world of eBikes, all with a key focus on test-ride experiences:

1. Pop Up Test Rides

We will be hosting regular demo days at venues in the area that offer a great experience, with relaxing cafés and country pub & restaurants. There’s The White Buck Inn in Burley delivering wonderful surroundings and delicious food, with easy access to the open forest cycle routes. Another venue is Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum in New Milton offering a unique look at two wheels past and present. We want this to feel like a great day out, just get in touch to book your test ride.

2. Workshop Visit

You can test ride our selection of A-List eBikes by booking an appointment to visit our specialist Bosch workshop in Christchurch. If you’re coming by train, Hinton Admiral is only a 200m walk away from the workshop. If you’re travelling by car, please take the A35 between Lyndhurst and Christchurch and take the exit off to Hinton Admiral train station. Customers can book a test-ride via the Fully Charged website, email newforest@fullycharged.com or simply give us a call to understand more.

3. Office Demo Days

Have you got the Cycle-to-Work Scheme? Cycle-to-Work schemes are a great tax-free incentive for getting your new electric bike. Here at Fully Charged we're proud to be working with some of the UK's leading Cycle-to-Work Scheme initiatives, including the likes of Cyclescheme and the Green Commute Initiative. Do you offer test rides at Fully Charged New Forest, and how can I schedule one?

Of course we do! Can I just turn up at the store?

Please make sure you call ahead or book online as we are appointment only.

Do you offer home delivery?

Yes! Once your new eBike has gone through its pre-delivery-inspection, we can be made available to drive to your home for your handover. Alternatively you can visit our workshop.

Do you carry physical stock and could I ride away with my purchase on the same day?

Yes, we have over 40 electric bikes in stock, from the likes of Moustache, Riese & Müller, Gocycle, Desiknio, Benno Bikes, Urban Arrow, SUPER73 and more. If you like a particular eBike that is on display, you’re more than welcome to take the electric bike back with you on the same day. Otherwise it’s 3-5 working days for us to get an in-stock electric bike from London Bridge to Fully Charged New Forest, and get it built, ready for your handover. If the electric bike is not in stock then we will ensure to keep you up to date as to its arrival to us before getting you the electric bike of your dreams!

What type of maintenance and repair services do you provide at Fully Charged New Forest?

At Fully Charged New Forest we have a full-time trained eMechanic on site and carry the diagnostic tools necessary to ensure the fastest possible turnaround times for servicing or repair. All of our eMechanics at Fully Charged are Cytech trained and certified in all major brands, namely Bosch eBike Systems, Rohloff, Desiknio, Gocycle, Shimano, SUPER73, Enviolo and Fazua. Please note we only service and repair electric bikes that we stock. If you have a tech support query please get in touch via newforest@fullycharged.com.

Do you offer warranties on your electric bikes, and what do they cover?

We offer a two year warranty on any electrical components of the eBikes we sell and a five year warranty on the frame. Please note business cargo bikes have a one year warranty on the electrical components.

What accessories and safety gear do you recommend for eBike riders?

Here at Fully Charged New Forest we have a whole host of accessories and safety gear available to purchase. We have over 150+ accessories available to buy. As always, we would recommend a helmet and a gold-standard lock. Of course in the winter there’s no such thing as bad weather, but bad preparation!

Is my electric bike safe to use and built to stringent standards?

Yes. Purchasing an electric bike from a reputable retailer such as Fully Charged New Forest ensures that all components have been designed and tested to the highest possible safety standards. Using the equipment as intended and per the manufacturer guidelines will ensure your safety and those of others around you.

Can I trade in my existing bike for credit towards the purchase of an electric bike at your shop?

If you have bought your electric bike from any of our Fully Charged locations, you can always get in touch to part-exchange your ebike for a new model that we stock. Unfortunately we don’t offer part-exchanges to any electric bike that we do not stock at Fully Charged.
