London based eBike servicing
We at Fully Charged pride ourselves on the aftercare service that we provide to our customers. All of our bikes come with a 2 year warranty and a free 6 week health check.
Our eBike Service centre is integral to our after-sales care. Located at our showroom in London Bridge, the largest eBike specific work shop is a short walk from the station, we have the latest tools and tech to diagnose eBike specific problems with Motors, Batteries and Displays as well as all of the usual problems associated with regular bikes.
Our technicians are Bosch, Yamaha and Gocycle certified and are on hand to offer expert tech support for all the bikes we stock.
Gold service - £140
A gold service is a vigorous examination of every component on your bike. It includes fitting all the usual wear and tear parts, everything will be cleaned, lubricated and polished with silicone free polish so dirt will not stick to your bicycle as usual. Includes free gear cable set.
(Does not include labour for replacement electrical cables, motors)
Silver service - £80
Probably the service your bike needs if you commute daily. Everything will be cleaned, lubricated and polished with silicone free polish so dirt will not stick to your bicycle as usual. This should be done once or twice a year depending on how long and how hard you ride.
(does not include labour for fitting bottom brackets, headsets, hydraulic brake bleeding or replacement of electrical cables)
Bronze service - £40
The bronze service is aimed at people who need small adjustments to their bike, general maintenance of chains and gears are included in this service.
(does not include cost of parts)
Electrical fault diagnostics - £40 per hour
Generally we can find out the problem within the hour however on some bikes parts need to be removed to carry out tests therefore it can take longer.
Software upgrade - £20
Free of charge if bike is purchased from us.
Our skilled technicians are qualified to work on all the Bosch eBike systems as well as a range of other forms of eBike such as Gocycle and BH eMotion. We are always looking to improve the service we provide and as a result are always attending new training sessions on the bikes that we stock so that we are up to speed on the latest technological developments.
We have a stock of replacement parts for the eBikes that we sell that if you buy from us you are able to access as part of our service. If we don’t have the part that you need immediately available our excellent relationships with all of the top eBike manufacturers means that we can access the parts that you need quickly and efficiently.
Not bought from us but need some help?
Even if you have bought your eBike from another dealer we are happy to help diagnose and fix your eBike problems.
We specialise in the brands that we stock, Haibike, Moustache, BH eMotion, Gocycle, A2B etc but are more than happy to provide a free consultation to assess the problems with your eBike and see if we can help even if the bike is not from one of our brands.
