About this Gazelle Ultimate C380 (Smart System)
The Ultimate C380 HMB successfully combines a sporty urban bike and a comfortable touring bike. The Enviolo 380 continuous variable transmission is quiet and easy to use, which together with the wide tyres, front suspension and relaxed posture, results in an undeniably comfortable ride.
This bike is powered by the latest Bosch Performance Line motor which offers 75 Nm in torque, 10 Nm on the previous non-Smart System motor. With a Kiox 300 head unit, the Smart System offers GPS navigation, smart phone locking/unlocking, torque customization and over-the-air updates via the eBike Flow App.

Once you have placed an order with us, our team will handpick your items and schedule them into our workshop. Our specialist eMechanics will build & inspect your eBike before preparing it for collection or delivery.
FedEx Courier Delivery - Free*
eBikes are dispatched within 1-3 working days when in stock at Fully Charged. Your eBike will be inspected & tested before being safely packaged and sent out to you. Attach the pedals with a spanner, then straighten & tighten your handlebars with an allen key before riding. You will receive updates via FedEx once the bike is en route.
*Free delivery does not include eCargo bikes. For eCargo bike delivery options, please get in touch.
Store collection - Free
Store collection is recommended if you are local to any of our stores. Your bike will be built, fully charged and ready to ride away. Our team can give you a detailed handover in store to help you get set up with everything you need.

Receive your bike fully built ready to ride. A member of the team will assist setting up everything you need with your bike. Please select the free courier delivery at checkout, and we will be in touch with the estimated cost, and to arrange the handover.
