Pinion Motor.Gearbox.Unit (MGU)
At the heart of the Charger5 Pinion is the fully integrated Pinion E1.12 system. Unlike traditional setups where motor and gears are separate, the Pinion MGU combines both into a single sealed unit at the crank. This centralises weight, improves handling balance and reduces drivetrain wear.
The 12 evenly spaced gears provide a wide range for steep climbs and fast descents. You can shift while stationary, pedalling or coasting — ideal for traffic lights or technical terrain.
It’s smooth, quiet and built for long-term use with minimal external maintenance.
Sporty Diamond Frame, Built to Perform
The Charger5 uses a super-rigid diamond frame that balances stiffness for power transfer with plenty of compliance for comfort.
Polished weld seams and a colour-matched aluminium battery cover give it a clean, cohesive finish — but the real advantage is structural integrity under load.

FedEx Courier Delivery - Free*
eBikes are dispatched within 1-3 working days when in stock at Fully Charged. Your eBike will be inspected & tested before being safely packaged and sent out to you. Attach the pedals with a spanner, then straighten & tighten your handlebars with an allen key before riding. You will receive updates via FedEx once the bike is en route.

Store collection - Free
Store collection is recommended if you are local to any of our stores. Your bike will be built, fully charged and ready to ride away. Our team can give you a detailed handover in store to help you get set up with everything you need.
