How do I get to Fully Charged Brighton?
You’ll find Fully Charged Brighton in the heart of Brighton Marina, just along the seafront from the main city centre. There’s free parking in Asda or the multi-story carpark, plenty of cycle access, and easy connections from the seafront coming either east or west. The store is located at:
16 Waterfront, Brighton Marina Village, Brighton, BN2 5WA.
What brands and models of electric bikes do you carry at Fully Charged Brighton?
Fully Charged Brighton will offer a curated selection of the UK’s leading eBike brands, including: Riese & Müller, Tern, Moustache, Brompton, Gocycle, Desiknio & more. From cargo bikes and urban commuters to eMTB’s, to folding and adventure eBikes, you’ll find a wide range of premium models ready to test and compare.
Do you offer test-rides and how do I schedule one?
Yes, test rides are available Tuesday-Saturday. You can book online through the Fully Charged website or contact the Brighton team directly on 01273 625060. The Marina offers a fantastic safe test-ride route along the seafront and around the marina village.
Do you carry physical stock, and could I ride away with my purchase on the same day?
Yes, we carry a selection of the most popular models, if the bike you’re purchasing isn’t in stock in the Brighton showroom we can normally get it shipped down from the London Bridge HQ and ready for you within a few days, dependent on stock availability.
What type of maintenance and repair services do you provide at Fully Charged Brighton?
Fully Charged Brighton has a trained eMechanic on site. We have all the necessary diagnostic tools available to ensure a fast turnaround for servicing or repair. All our eMechanics at Fully Charged Brighton are certified in our major brands, namely Bosch eBike Systems, Rohloff, Desiknio, Gocycle, Enviolo and Fazua. Please note we only service and repair electric bikes that we stock or have been sold previously by elctrc.
Do you offer warranties on your electric bikes, and what do they cover?
All new bikes come with full manufacturer warranties, typically including:
2 years on motors & batteries
Multi-year frame warranties (varies by brand but typically 5 years)
1–2 years on other mechanical components
I bought my bike from elctrc – will Fully Charged honour my warranty?
Yes. Fully Charged Brighton will honour all existing manufacturer warranties for bikes purchased from elctrc. Simply bring your proof of purchase, and the workshop team will take care of everything.

Can I trade in my existing bike for credit towards a new electric bike at Fully Charged Brighton?
If you have bought an eBike from a Fully Charged store, you can get in touch with our London Bridge store (info@fullycharged.com) and look to part-exchange your bike for a new model that we stock. Unfortunately we don’t offer part-exchanges to any electric bike that we do not stock at Fully Charged.
