Family-First Setup
Unlike the Vario and Rohloff models, the Family is pre-configured. The rear seating setup comes as standard, removing the need to choose between kits or add-ons.
The reinforced rear rack supports up to 65kg, allowing you to carry up to two children securely. A sturdy Ursus double-leg kickstand keeps the bike stable while passengers climb on and off, adding confidence at low speeds and when stationary.

Powered by the Bosch Performance Line motor, the Multicharger3 Family delivers smooth, natural-feeling assistance up to 15.5mph.
The 625Wh PowerTube battery provides strong real-world range for daily use, while the Purion 200 display keeps controls intuitive and uncluttered. It’s a dependable system focused on simplicity and reliability.
Shimano CUES Linkglide Drivetrain
The Family uses a Shimano CUES 11-speed derailleur system with Linkglide technology — engineered for durability under eBike torque.
Compared to the Enviolo hub on the Vario or the Rohloff E14 on the premium model, this setup is more traditional and lighter, while remaining robust and easy to service. It helps keep the overall price lower without compromising everyday functionality.
