Our 10,000 sq ft service centre under London Bridge is one of the UK’s largest dedicated eBike workshops — staffed by specialist mechanics who understand every system we sell, inside and out.

From fast turnaround servicing and courtesy eBikes to a free 6-week health check, everything is built around keeping you riding. And with our growing network of Fully Charged partner stores across the UK — alongside at-home servicing and collection — your bike is properly supported, wherever you are.

A true transport enthusiast, Ben spent his formative career in the supercar industry, becoming a Director at Romans International. Conscious of the growing environmental concerns surrounding the automobile industry, Ben’s obsession in supercar technology transitioned into eBikes, where he immediately felt inspired to spark interest in his fellow Londoners. What started out as a pop-up in Old Street, Fully Charged has now become the UK’s leading premium eBike specialists, with Ben championing the movement and being a key spokesperson for the industry in the UK.

Dan joined as a partner at Fully Charged after nearly ten years in the eBike industry, having been a founding employee of eBike company Gocycle. Dan’s learnings from both sides of the industry, as a supplier and a retailer, has made him an expert in his field, with an extensive eBike knowledge. With the rise of eCargo interest taking hold across the U.K., Dan has overseen a pivot towards a focus on B2B customers and fleet management.
