Role: Part Time/ Full Time Senior eMechanic

Location: London Bridge, SE1

Contract: Part or Full time 

Salary: Dependent on experience £25,000 - £30,000 Pro Rata 

Expected start date: March/April 2024

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will be a qualified eBike mechanic with 3 + years experience, who is proactive and looking to integrate themselves into a great community.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

·       Minimum 3 years experience in servicing eBikes

·       Ability to work autominously, managing your own workflow in an efficient and effective manner

·       Ability to work well as part of a strong team

·       A fascination for transportation, with eBike knowledge 

·       Strong and clear communication skills with internal team and external customers 

·       A proven track record of working in a fast-paced team environment

·       Excellent organisational and administrative capability, with a keen eye for detail

·       Good understanding of online systems with strong IT skills

·       Experience with Citrus-Lime POS is preferred

·       Fast learner with good positive attitude towards eBikes and our environment

·       A charming, solutions-orientated personality with strong problem solving capabilities

·       Experience in an after-sales / customer service environment



·       eBike maintenance, repair, and carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) 

·       Ensure smooth take over and hand off with other mechanics in the Workshop

·       Track job progress to deliver timely servicing & maintenance

·       Communicate effectively with teammates, with clear notes and updates to customers

·       Maintain a clean, organised, and safe Workshop

·       Willingness to travel with a get up and go attitude (visit and attend manufacturer training to learn more about servicing eBikes, mostly digitally but sometimes physically)
