Installation
- A Double Rack Pad setup requires two Single Rack Pads.
- Refer to the Rack Pad Installation Manual for fitting instructions.
Important Safety Information
When carrying passengers, the rear wheel must always be covered. Install Benno Wheel Guards or Benno Utility Pannier Bags to prevent clothing or body parts from coming into contact with the wheel.
Failure to use appropriate wheel protection could result in serious injury. Always ensure passengers keep hands, feet and loose clothing away from moving parts including the chain, spokes, tyres and brakes.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Fully Charged via email or phone with your order details. Return the goods within 14 days at your expense, and we'll refund you via the original payment method, minus any costs for damage or devaluation.
