About the Desiknio Pinion
Top level components include the Pinion C1.6, C1.9XR or C1.12 gearbox, Shimano Alfine Hydraulic Brakes, Schwalbe G-ONE Allround tyres, Custom Desiknio tubes for the handlebar and seat-post, T6 Heat-Treated aluminium frame and fork. This combined with the ebikemotion® motor technology, results in a supremely smooth and comfortable ride.
The combination of rear motor and Pinion gearbox guarantees harmonious riding comfort and low impact on the drive. Compared to the mid-motor system, the drive-train is exposed to significantly less forces and elements.
Desiknio apply a metallic base colour with an extra hard topcoat in matt finish, all are hand painted in Spain, resulting in a beautiful finish.

The Pinion gearing system is incredibly durable with an expected lifespan of around forty thousand miles!
Powered by an EBM M1 hub motor, the Desiknio will boost you away at the traffic lights in a breeze. When riding you have the choice between 4 levels of assistance, ranging from low assistance to a punchy boost for those days when you don't want to sweat, or want to arrive quickly.
This motor coupled with the easy gearing system provided by the Pinion will allow you to chose the perfect cadence for the road conditions for wild hills, or smooth flat roads.
The 250Wh battery, built into the down tube is one of the sleekest methods of battery concealment in the industry.

This is topped with an aluminium fork, making the Pinion Classic a lightweight, eye-catching eBike, with the ability to tackle a wide range of gradients, urban situations and terrains.
