Motor and gearbox, rethought
The Pinion E1.12 MGU combines the motor and 12-speed electronic gearbox into a single unit, removing the need for a conventional derailleur or geared rear hub.
Paired with the Gates CDX belt drive, the result is smooth, quiet and extremely low-maintenance – particularly useful for a cargo bike being ridden hard throughout the year.
Full suspension Control Technology
With 80 mm of suspension travel front and rear, the Load5 absorbs potholes, speed bumps and rough roads while keeping both rider and cargo comfortable.
Its low-slung 75 cm cargo area also keeps weight close to the ground, giving the Load5 remarkably composed handling for such a capable cargo bike.
