Free eBike Delivery
Once you have placed an order with us, our product and services team will handpick your items and schedule the bike into the FC workshop. It’s at that point that our specialist eMechanics build & inspect your eBike before preparing it for collection or delivery.
FedEx Courier Delivery - Free
eBike dispatched in 1-3 working days (if in stock). Your eBike will be inspected & tested before being safely packaged and sent out to you. Attach the pedals with a spanner, then straighten & tighten your handlebars with an allen key. You will receive updates via FedEx once the bike is en route. Please note cargo bikes do not qualify for this delivery method.
Store collection - Free
Store collection is recommended if you are local to any of our stores. Your bike will be built and fully charged, ready to ride. Our team can give you a detailed handover in store to help you get set up with everything you need.
Premium Home Delivery - Price is Postcode Dependent
Receive your bike ready to ride. A member of the team will assist setting up everything you need with your bike. Please select courier delivery at checkout, and we will be in touch with the estimated cost, and to arrange the handover.
