How will my bike be delivered?
You can collect your VanMoof from one of our Fully Charged stores in London Bridge, Guildford, New Forest, Cornwall, Silverstone or Plymouth.
We also deliver across mainland UK. Your bike arrives boxed with minimal assembly required, typically involving fitting the front wheel and straightening the handlebars. Full instructions are included.
Can I use Cycle to Work or finance?
Yes. The VanMoof range can be purchased outright, through finance, or via Cycle to Work schemes, subject to eligibility.
Can I book a test-ride?

Is the battery removable?
No – the battery is integrated into the frame and charges directly through the bike.

FedEx Courier Delivery - Free*
eBikes are dispatched within 1-3 working days when in stock at Fully Charged. Your eBike will be inspected & tested before being safely packaged and sent out to you. Attach the pedals with a spanner, then straighten & tighten your handlebars with an allen key before riding. You will receive updates via FedEx once the bike is en route.

Store collection - Free
Store collection is recommended if you are local to any of our stores. Your bike will be built, fully charged and ready to ride away. Our team can give you a detailed handover in store to help you get set up with everything you need.
