Excellent service and help in picking out our bikes. Their staff worked with us over several visits helping us select the two bikes that would be best for our riding objectives. They provided the opportunity to test ride different models and ensured we got the right size for each of us.

Post-sale Ben and his team have been equally helpful and it's clear that they put customer service at the forefront of the business.

They are located on the other side of London from home, but it is well worth the trip and we will keep relying on them for support and maintenance.
