Covid - An Update from Fully Charged

As a result of recent activity relating to COVID-19, we have seen a dramatic rise in customers purchasing eBikes who are understandably anxious and seeking alternatives to travelling by public transport where potential for transmission is that much higher.

Whilst we are seeing a squeeze with some suppliers due to the effects on the supply chain as a result of imposed sanctions in China and restrictions on their workers, we have a good stock of eBikes, parts and accessories at this time, with regular shipments arriving and we hope that this will remain the case.

Open as Usual

Recognising that we are providing an important public service by offering transport alternatives, we are doing our best to ensure that our Showrooms and Workshops remain open, at least until further notice.

Here at Fully Charged the health and well-being of our customers and staff is our highest priority. Whilst we continue to operate our Showrooms and Workshops;

  • We have increased our purchasing of in-demand items with our suppliers
  • Our in-store cleaning regime has been enhanced
  • Test rides are still on offer, but handlebar grips are being disinfected before and after each ride

We are closely following the advice from WHO and local authorities and will implement any further recommended precautions as they are announced.

Our online store is operating as usual.
