Yes. We offer free test rides 6 days a week across all Fully Charged locations. You can also arrange extended test rides to try your commute in real-world conditions.
Do you offer finance or Cycle to Work schemes?
Absolutely. We accept all major Cycle to Work schemes and offer 0% finance. For some schemes, a small admin fee applies—usually 5%—but we’re happy to factor this into a price match where appropriate. Just get in touch and we’ll walk you through your best option.
What support do I get after purchase?
Fully Charged customers receive priority servicing, access to our expert Support Team, and courtesy bikes (subject to availability) if your eBike is in for repairs. Our dedicated Service Centre is the UK’s largest for electric bikes, with six full-time trained eMechanics on hand.
How do I keep my eBike secure?
We stock a range of Diamond-rated locks and can advise on best practices for locking your bike securely. We also sell bikes with built-in smart security features, including GPS tracking and automatic locking.

Do I need insurance for an eBike?
It’s not required by law—but it’s highly recommended. eBike insurance can cover theft, accidental damage, and third-party liability. We work with leading providers to offer policies tailored to eBikes, and many customers choose to protect their bike from day one. Ask us for a quote during checkout or after your purchase.
How long will my eBike last?
With the right care, many of our customers are still riding Fully Charged eBikes they bought 5–10 years ago. Each bike comes with a 2-year warranty on electrics, a 5-year frame warranty, and a free 6-week health check. We’re also here long after your purchase, with full workshop support and servicing.
