Tern GSD Electric Bike Range
The Tern GSD (Get Stuff Done) is the benchmark in longtail electric cargo bikes. Compact yet immensely capable, it carries up to 210kg of total weight - two kids, an adult passenger, a full food shop or all three - while maintaining the footprint of a regular city bike.
We stock both Gen2 and Gen3 versions of the GSD. Gen2 models use Bosch’s eBike System 2, while Gen3 bikes are built around the Bosch Smart System, offering app integration, GPS tracking, security features and over-the-air updates.
The Gen2 S10 LR uses a 10-speed derailleur setup and is the most affordable entry into the GSD range. The S10 LX keeps the same gearing but adds a suspension fork and seatpost for more comfort. If you want a quieter, lower-maintenance setup, the S00 replaces the chain with a Gates belt and adds Enviolo hub gearing. The R14 is the top-tier Gen2 model, pairing electronic Rohloff shifting with the belt, and a dual battery setup for extended range.
Whether you’re ditching the car for daily errands or tackling the school run in all weather, the GSD delivers comfort, control and serious load-carrying muscle. A longer wheelbase and ultra-low centre of gravity keep things stable even when fully packed, while the upright position and 20” wheels make it easy and enjoyable to ride.
